Q. Why do I have to prepay for a class?
A. Class have a student limit, we enroll students on a first-come, first-serve basis. If we held spaces for people who didn't pay and reached our maximum, we would have to turn away people who were willing to prepay for a seat in a class. We have also learned, like the airlines, that a non-paying reservation has a 60% higher chance of not showing up, thus wasting a reservation.

A. There is no additional charge if you need to reschedule your class for another date. For individuals, we allow up to a 24 hour notice before your payment becomes non-refundable. However, in other cases, there is a 50% cancellation fee for completing your cancellation. This is due to our policy about no-show students who take up space for someone who pays (i.e. a corporation who has a student they wish to add and are unable to due to your space being filled.)
